The 30/40 Series LCG remains an excellent choice for reliability when handling heavy or complex loads. Using forward mounted tilt cylinders, these models provide better stability in both loading and unloading and reduces bed-lock stress while continuing to maintain increased bed security. The 1100 sq ft. phelonic slide pad surface ensures completely smooth deck travel while the steel crossmembers reinforce the deck for maximum weight distribution.

The 30 and 40 series LCG carriers are named after their respective deck capacities with a 30,000 lbs. capacity for the 30-Series, and 40,000 lbs. for the 40-Series. 30 and 40 Series LCG carriers also feature a tow rating up to 50,000 lbs. based on underlift configuration. These models contain a full length subframe, with a 9-10” deck height above the frame of the chassis. You can even customize your deck with our many available deck options, including steel diamond plate, galvanized steel, or even apitong wood.

The underlift plays a significant part of its impressive weight capacity and stability. A forward mounted underlift means that the 30/40 series LCG can retain more front axle weight. Also available for the 30/40 Series LCG is our optional 3-stage heavy-duty underlift that extends to 77" with a 10,000 lbs. capacity. These industrial carriers have plenty of space for storage of spades, binders, adapters, etc, and even have north and south gladhand hooks for easy trailer connections. You also have the option of a frame or bed mounted cab protector depending on your needs.

These specs ensure that when you think of stability and strength, you'll think of the 30/40 Series LCG industrial carriers. If you're interested in finding out more, be sure to check out the 30/40 Series LCG on our website, or click the video below for more information!
