One of the most important preparations a tow truck operator can do, is to make sure the wire rope on their recovery winch is tightly wrapped on the winch drum. Late last year, representatives from the Children’s Hospital at Erlanger in Chattanooga, TN made the decision to include unique displays that relate to Chattanooga’s history in their newly built hospital slated to open later this year. Each floor of the hospital will have different focal points. For the second floor of the new hospital, Erlanger decided to use an antique wrecker as the focal point.
